Our workshop is based in Norfolk, where we specialise in creating bespoke fitted furniture offered throughout East Anglia and beyond.
Since everything is designed, hand-crafted, fitted and finished all in-house, every Tedwoods piece of furniture is created with a personal, hands-on approach and a thoughtful process that makes for quality, high-end pieces built to last.

OUR PROCESS
Each and every Tedwoods project is custom-designed around the character of your home, optimising your space to suit the way you live. We like to take the journey with you, so we've made it clear, simple and easy to follow. Take a look below at our process for step-by-step information from submitting your enquiry through to installation day.
To request a quote, simply submit your project enquiry here and we will then contact you to explain our process, gather any additional details along with your build requirements. You may have seen inspirational or visual references, which we can discuss and work from. Once we have everything we need, we will provide you with a preliminary quotation to give you an idea on the cost of your Tedwoods fitted furniture.
Next Step...
When you’re ready to move forward, we’d love to see what we’re working with, and so a site visit is a great opportunity for us to get a better understanding of your requirements and come up with some creative ideas to optimise your space to it’s full potential. We will talk through the design, take accurate measurements and bring along some material samples so you can get an impression of how your finished Tedwoods piece will feel.
We charge a small fee of £300 for this service which is non-refundable, but of course, fully redeemable against your first deposit. Please note booking fees may vary outside of Norfolk/Suffolk which would be discussed at the first point of contact.
Next Step...
Once your design has been perfected, you will be provided with a design document so you can visualise your Tedwoods piece in your home. This will include details on all of the key features and specifications, detailed 3D CAD drawings, along with your final quote.
On acceptance of the quote, we will invoice you for 25% of the total project price (minus the site fee already paid). Once received, we will start the process of creating your project in the workshop.
Next Step...
While your vision is being brought to life in the workshop, we will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure that any outstanding features, such as colours and door handles, are confirmed. We will also arrange a suitable installation date with you.
Approximately one month before installation, you will receive a second invoice for 50% of the total project price.
Now for the final step...
Just before your installation date, we will be in touch to confirm days, times and access, so that when the installation day arrives everything will run as smoothly as possible. We will fit your bespoke Tedwoods piece into its new home and make sure it functions beautifully.
The remaining balance of 25% is due on the final day of installation.
