ONCE UPON A TIM...

Self-taught out of a passion for creating, Tim embarked upon learning his craft in 2018 after trying his hand at putting together a number of woodwork projects for his own home in west Norfolk. Creating each piece of furniture by hand to fit all the little nooks and crannies of his new home, Tim found that quality, custom-fitted pieces offering innovative storage and utility solutions that looked every bit as beautiful as they functioned should be something to share, and so with a little more learning, some experimentation and a whirlwind kinda love for carpentry and cabinetry, Tedwoods was born.

Since then, Tedwoods has evolved to specialise in a variety of fitted furniture, from bespoke wardrobes, alcove cabinets and mud-rooms, to media units, kitchens and even his and hers closets. Working from his workshop on the family farm in the Norfolk countryside with his two labradors, Tim takes great pride in crafting each and every project from start to finish himself - from measuring up and building the design, to sourcing, cutting and joining materials all the way through to spray finishing, installation and those all-important final touches.
